Orders are processed the next business day.
What is the expected order to door delivery times?
For the UK, the carrier collect the parcels from the warehouse. The service targets to have the delivery completed in 2-3 working days but this is not a guarantee.
For the EU / US / CA, the carrier will arrange collection from the warehouse 2-3 times a week. It can take around 2 weeks to deliver the parcel overseas.
Other things that might impact delivery times
Many factors can affect the delivery time. For example, customs clearance or the stock availability.
